Jessica Foreman

[ General Manager ]

Jessica’s passion for the hospitality is palpable. Since joining us at The Glasshouse in June 2022, Jessica has ensured that we are delivering the very best possible experience to our guests and diners 7 days a week.

Starting her career in Surrey for the Mitchell & Butler group, Jessica quickly progressed to management before leaving the county and settling in Cornwall for two years. In Rock, Cornwall, Jessica oversaw 5 gastro pub sites.

Jessica’s vision for The Glasshouse and Street Food at the Airstream is to ensure every visit is better than the last, and that guests will leave already excited to return.

Scott Hammond

[ Head Chef ]

Scott has been a lead in our kitchen since the very beginning and has now taken on the Head Chef role, leading the Team into 2025 with a truly exceptional menu of delightful flavours.. Growing up in his family butchers, Scott has been ‘in’ the food industry since childhood.

With a penchant for strong flavours and long, slow cooks – Scott has introduced a new depth of flavour to the The Glasshouse team. Taking charge of our Street Food and Events operations, Scott is just as likely to be working out of the Seasons Airstream as he is The Seasons Glasshouse.

Bradley Wright

[ Sous Chef ]

Bradley has brought with him a wealth of knowledge, from being Executive Chef and Head Chef at a High End Private Members Club in Durbin, South Africa and Old Town Italy. Brad also taught as a Culinary Lecturer at Capsicum College, Durbin, South Africa, and is a great trainer and teacher for all the team here at Seasons.

Before this he spent a year traveling around South East Asia, experimenting with many different techniques and flavours, and developing his passion for food!

Marcolino Tacusalme

[ Bar Supervisor ]

Marcolino brings a wealth of experience and a passion for mixology to our team. With his keen eye for detail and commitment to exceptional service, Marcolino ensures that every drink served is crafted to perfection.

He thrives on creating a welcoming atmosphere, where guests can relax and enjoy their favourite cocktails, wines, and spirits. We’re delighted to have Marcolino behind the bar in The Glasshouse and have no doubt that your next Seasons cocktail will be your best one yet.

Poppy Dulka

[ Junior Assistant Manager ]

Starting with us when we were newly opening in 2021, Poppy had flourished at Seasons and quickly developed to a pivotal part of the team. Surpassing her training, Poppy was named a Junior Assistant Manager in 2024, and continues to develop as one our event management lead.

Poppy has a passion for exceptional service and a smile to match. She has made sure she is well versed in all areas of the business including Barista, Mixologist and junior Chef.

Norbert Fazakas

[ Junior Assistant Manager ]

Joining us as a leader from Four Seasons and Aviator, Farnborough Hotels, Norbert has brought his exceptional team training skills and passion for mixology and extraordinary service to our beautiful Glasshouse.

Norbert has been an asset to the team already, ensuring the team are happy and confident in their roles and able to bring our wonderful guests their best experiences.
