Meet the Team

Jessica Foreman

[ General Manager ]

Jessica’s passion for the hospitality is palpable. Since joining us at The Glasshouse in June 2022, Jessica has ensured that we are delivering the very best possible experience to our guests and diners 7 days a week.

Starting her career in Surrey for the Mitchell & Butler group, Jessica quickly progressed to management before leaving the county and settling in Cornwall for two years. In Rock, Cornwall, Jessica oversaw 5 gastro pub sites.

Jessica’s vision for The Glasshouse and Street Food at the Airstream is to ensure every visit is better than the last, and that guests will leave already excited to return.

Neve Heavens

[ Restaurant Co-Ordinator ]

Neve has been part of the Seasons team since our opening day in September 2020. Starting her career with us on the bar, Neve quickly proved herself as an invaluable asset to the management team and her natural aptitude for planning and administration saw Neve quickly progress at Seasons.

If you’re planning a party, celebration, gathering or wedding at The Glasshouse or Street Food at the Airstream – Neve is on hand to co-ordinate everything and ensure your celebrations run as smoothly as possible.

Miriam Sorey

[ Assistant Manager ]

Miriam’s creativity and passion for people led her back into hospitality in 2015. Firstly in a fine dining restaurant in central Madrid, and then moving to Surrey, developing her skills and training in The Royal Automobile Club Woodcote Park and Sorrel Restaurant in Dorking. She quickly progressed, developing into management and event planning joining The Grumpy Mole Group.

Miriam’s passion for excellence and effervescent charm has been a wonderful addition to the Glasshouse team, building even more passion and enthusiasm from our waiting team, and further improving our events experiences for our wonderful guests.

Hayley Fereday

[ Junior Assistant Manager ]

Hayley joined us in March 2023, bringing with her a keen eye for the smaller details that bring an extra level of excellence into our guests experiences from her knowledge built at Pennyhill Park.

Having spent the summer winding up our Street Food service to its best season yet, Hayley now brings her energy and detail driven mindset into The Glasshouse for an exciting year of menu development and guest interactions.

Dan Goodey

[ Head Chef: The Glasshouse ]

Dan found his passion for cooking in his early teenage years after a conversation with a London Savoy chef.

Training with John Burton Race at the 2 Michelin starred L'Ortolan he moved onto Pennyhill Park Hotel learning every aspect of the kitchen. He has a wealth of experience supporting Karl Edmunds opening of The Bird in Hand in Sandhurst as well as being Head Chef at Coppod Beach Hotel, Crazy Bear and the 5 star Cliveden House Hotel.

Dan’s experience also includes catering for large clients as Executive Chef for Nokia, Virgin Atlantic, Microsoft and Epsom Downs Racecourse.

Championing locally and sustainably produced high quality foods, his cooking style is unembellished to allow every elements' flavour to shine through in every mouthful.

Scott Hammond

[ Head Chef: Seasons Events + Street Food ]

Growing up in his family butchers, Scott has been ‘in’ the food industry since childhood.

With a penchant for strong flavours and long, slow cooks – Scott has introduced a new depth of flavour to the The Glasshouse team. Taking charge of our Street Food and Events operations, Scott is just as likely to be working out of the Seasons Airstream as he is the Kitchen.

Mihai Burca

[ Mixologist + Bar Manager ]

Award winning mixologist Mihai’s life behind the bar started in 2015; in a Tiki bar in Swanage. From there he moved to the Pig On The Beach, where he began competiting professionally in Mixology. It was at one of these competitions that Mihai was headhunted by Salvatore Damiano to join him at Chewton Glen.

Mihai’s incredible talent for mixology and creative cocktail making has caught the attention of TV channels and Tik Tok viewers alike – he’s appeared on Channel 4 and gone viral more than a few times.

We’re delighted to have Mihai behind the bar in The Glasshouse and have no doubt that your next Seasons cocktail will be your best one yet.
