Working very closely with the farmers and suppliers, he curates a seasonal selection of produce that matches the weather, the trends and the delicious fruit and veg in stock in our Farm Shop.
Francesco has been a butcher for over 25 years and his creative, eye catching displays attract attention from across the county.
